The food is amazing cooked to perfection and the customer service was top notch they were so nice and understanding and the place itself felt very welcoming
Waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza and when it finally arrived it was cold. Called to speak to manager and whoever i spoke to thought it was funny. Another time I called to place an order around 630pm was told they weren't taking anymore orders.
I absolutely love Marcos, but the last 4 orders that we've done have been wrong, and this last order was by far the worst. The cheese sticks were dry and there was hardly any cheese. The pizza was more crust than toppings and AGAIN they didn't do the toppings on the crust! Losing faith in them. What a big disappointment.
