Have used this pizzeria a few times and always enjoyed it but tonight we ordered for delivery as we were celebrating my son's 21st birthday. Order at 8pm and at 9.30 we were still waiting after 2 phone calls and no update of how long. Eventually we picked it up ourselves, the pizza was now cold and was faced with nothing but attitude when I asked for the delivery charge back. Dissapointing as we enjoy the pizzas but the staff need some training in customer service and politeness.
