I ordered a triple pepperoni pizza and what I got was just a plain cheese pizza. No pepperoni at all — not even a single slice. How do you mess that up? This was a total waste of money and a huge letdown. I tried calling to fix it, but got no helpful response. If you can’t get basic orders right, what’s the point? Won’t be ordering from here again
Two ladies by the name of Alexis and Krissy were running the store on 6/28 and they were the kindest, most courteous people despite the stress of being short staffed. Just wanted to give these two ladies the shout out they deserve!
I am so shocked by the reviews because my husband and I always have a great experience. Everyone is so polite, they are patient, they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in, and we always get our correct orders. Never had an issue and we’ll keep coming here. THE STAFF IS GREAT !!!!!
I came here to pickup an order. The order was not started until 10 minutes after I arrived because there is only one employee who had to do it all. He needs help! The owner should be ashamed leaving him to take orders answer phones make food and service the customers in the store. He did an EXCELLENT job handling his responsibilities.
