Marco’s pizza is better than their service. I had (yes HAD as in past tense) been getting pizza, wings, and cheesy bread there every week for years. After ordering online I always received a survey and I always completed it with high marks. Then when I had an issue I explained it in great detail on the survey. The survey asked if I would like to be contacted and I said yes. No reply. After waiting I sent them an email and again explained my problem in detail. Still no reply.
