Ordered a 6 inch sub tonight through door dash. My sub didn’t come as ordered and I had to throw it away. I wasted money on food I couldn’t eat.

I've gotten delivery twice. The pizza tastes great. However, I'd like to know why I never get the sauce cups that they offer with each pizza. I look forward to having the sauce cups w/ my next order 🤞🏽
Marco’s pizza is better than their service. I had (yes HAD as in past tense) been getting pizza, wings, and cheesy bread there every week for years. After ordering online I always received a survey and I always completed it with high marks. Then when I had an issue I explained it in great detail on the survey. The survey asked if I would like to be contacted and I said yes. No reply. After waiting I sent them an email and again explained my problem in detail. Still no reply.
