Boneless chicken was undercooked. When I called to let them know the person that answered the phone stated that there’s no way that they’re undercooked and kept arguing with me till I just said forget it.
We tried this place for the first time last night when we were really craving pizza but something different, and overall the pizza was really good! Especially with the hot honey and I never tried honey on pizza before, we got the deluxe pizza with the spicy pepperoni and sausage and it was delicious! My only complaints are that when I arrived for my pizza it was made wrong and so they said it would be about 5 minutes to remake it which was fine up until I came back in to get it and watched the girl on her phone for a bit and... read more
I placed an online order for pick up. Ordered boneless wings. Got bone in. While waiting for them to correct, I observed all 3 employees making food with bare hands, eating in the kitchen and going right back to handling guest food. Didn't wash hands... just wiped them on his shirt n went back to work smh. I'm standing outside smoking...n watching the staff just waiting for me to leave so they can eat the wings. Very unprofessional n nasty. I will not be back.
I order pizza from there often and it's always great, but, I have to do a special shout out today. I ordered pizza for delivery because of the recent ice and snow storm. First of all I was thankful they were offering delivery, but , also, once the pizza arrived it was the best pizza I have ever had from Marcos. It was hot and gooey and fresh and just delicious! Thanks Marcos! You guys rock! Shout out to Susan too! She is the best.....
