We’ve usually had really good experiences at this location. There was one time we had an issue, but proper leadership followed up and took care of it. We appreciate that and will definitely keep ordering here.
Ordered pick up and they forgot my family salad and had to drive back up there to get that (not a big deal) but my salad had been sitting there for 30 mins by the time I drove back up there so I asked the guy if he could remake itand the guy got mad and "said I mean sure but there's nothing wrong with it" it was sitting out for over 30 mins mind you I drove back up there and gave no grief about them forgetting it and too get that attitude was very unprofessional; My salad had ham, cheese, tomatoes and onions stuff that shoul... read more
