Just had my online order canceled because I was paying in cash and they were understaffed. I get there and they play stupid like I cancelled my own order to drive over there for no reason. Then act like it's a problem to make me a pizza... They tell me 7 minutes to get my order done and it takes 20+. Now I know why I stopped coming to this terrible aas place. Way better service and way better pizza elsewhere.
The pizza and wings were really delicious.
The delivery experience was unacceptable. I didn’t tip online, planning to give cash at the door — but instead, the driver left our pizza with our three-year-old in the yard and sped off. Naturally, our child carried it inside upside down, and by the time we opened it, the pizza was stuck to the box lid and ruined. This speaks volumes about their delivery service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Newport, KY Marco’s Pizza.
Their employees haley if all over social media talking bad about a poor 15 year old girl that was sadly just murdered when you call about concerns they say that she doesn’t work there when she has posted multiple times her being there I spoke to Tyler one of the managers and he was very rude and disrespectful this is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with it’s just sad what a grown women will say about a 15 year old girl who was sadly taken from this world too soon
Woman wearing backless swimsuit that was too small with body parts falling out working in kitchen. Gotta be a health code against this.
