Order receipt, medium pizza, Philly add jalapeños. Pizza picture, medium Philly no jalapeños. 🤦♂️ The only person in the store, took my order on the computer, answered, took my payment, checked the over, and never changed gloves before handling people's food again. 🤮 Neither restroom was functional, which I believe is a requirement for an eat in restaurant.
Josh did an excellent job getting my order,The service was amazing also and it smelled very nice and looks great inside. Me and family will be returning,I highly recommend it

Worst Marco’s EVER! I’ve ordered pizza from Marco’s in several different states and this is by far the worst Marco’s I’ve had to deal with. I put in a delivery order and had it cancelled less than 5 minutes after confirming the order. Other times that I have tried to order from here they are always late on the delivery and never try to contact me when dropping food off at my hotel. Absolutely, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with Marco’s Pizza\. My pizza arrived almost **two hours after** the original 30\-minute estimated delivery time\. When the driver arrived, they had a child with them, the pizza appeared to have been shaken around inside the box, and there was no security seal or sticker on the box to indicate it had remained tamper-evident during delivery.
