I placed my order & went outside to wait. While outside the cashier came out with a gentleman 2xs. When I went inside to p/u my order she was sitting a table on her phone. my question is ..with an empty restaurant why didn't she let us know our order was ready??? Horrible customer service!!
Not sure why online ordering is turned off but I’ll guess I’ll take my money elsewhere?? 👎👎👎
The store has take out and delivery disabled online and in the app. If you call, no one will answer the phone. The only way to place an order is to physically go to the store to place an order and wait on it to be ready. I feel like this may be a bad business model for a pizza place.
What’s the point in having a phone number but don’t answer the phone? I ordered over an hour ago and the app says the pizza is still being made but the expected delivery time was 30 minutes ago Update: Don’t be sorry just refund my money, and I already submitted the feedback, feedback isn’t a refund nor a pizza.
