Best pizza in town! We love Marco!
I’ve been coming since they opened. They get my order wrong every time. Lots of attitude. No customer resolution plan. It’s not the brand. It’s THIS location.
They delivery drivers don't speak English. Before they deliver the pizza they inform you that your address is hard to find, even with the exact address. It is company policy to state the address is hard to find so they don't have to deliver your pizza on time and still demand a premium tip. Ingenious. Fortunately the quality of pizza balances out the intentional BS somewhat.
Order food and messed up the entire order. Also it wasn’t even busy
It’s been a while since I’ve been at this location- about a month ago or so. Every time I come, I can personally say that I’ve always been met with great customer service and I have been satisfied almost every time with my food. My only criticism would be consistency within the food, otherwise not much to complain about. The girl with the red and black hair is always working hard when I come in, as well as the driver.
