As a woman raised to respect all people and to never judge anyone by the color of their skin, what I witnessed this past week in your restaurant left me ashamed. While I was sitting in the lobby, I overheard the manager casually and openly use the N-word with a hard R. There was an African American DoorDash driver nearby who clearly heard it too.
