Maria is the best! We were on hold for awhile and she delivered fast customer service when she got to our call!! She was WONDERFUL!! And when we showed up she was in the back making as well!
We ordered a pizza online and was done incorrectly. They offered me to prepare a new one, but I need to wait for them to finish all the orders that were before me.
I ordered a 16" NY Style Half & Half Pizza (half pepperoni, half cheese) online. After a long wait, I received a pizza with half regular pepperoni and half old world pepperoni, not what I ordered. When I pointed it out, the employee implied it was my mistake, even though I had specified my request. They agreed to make a new one and said it would take 10 minutes, but 10 minutes later, they still hadn’t started and were making other pizzas instead. Ordered pizza yesterday, and it was so greasy it was on the car seat. Not able to eat a slice of pizza due to the excessive grease. However, the crust was good.
