The pizza was bland. I purchased a vegetable pizza my friend bought a chicken pizza. Neither she nor I would eat there again.
Jenifer went to the wrong address to deliver the food. When I called in Kayla was rude about the whole situation, unapologetic and refused to even talk to me as a concerned customer. She sent Jennifer to do it. Jennifer tried to cover Kayla tracks (even though Kayla was said to me the manager for the night) . I asked for the district manager number or contact information and the refused to give it. Llegue a las 10pm para ordenar y cuando llegue el empleado cerro la puerta cuando aún no cerraban. Dice que su horario es hasta las 11pm. Una hora antes cerró.
Kayla and Mac were so great, they served a delicious pizza in no time and went out of their way to please me. Wonderful way to spread kindness in this world. Marco’s is truly Blessed to have employees like them. I will definitely go back
