I ordered a pizza at 4:05. ETA was 4:35. Our pizza didn’t get here until after 5. When we called to check the status the employee who answered stated that it was in its way then in the next breath stated that it was just coming out of the oven. When the pizza was delivered, it was just left out on our doorstep getting rained on. No one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door to notify us that they were there. The pizza was cold. ordered online said 30 minutes for delivery 45 minutes later no delivery so i called the store to see what was going on and i get a kid on the phone that seems to be clueless about anything that’s going on in his store all he kept saying is we are running behind which i asked well if you was to behind the. why say your delivery will be there in 30 minutes so i ask for a manager and some lady that barely spans english got in the phone being very rude just because i was asking about our order then all of the sudden our order w... read more
Always consistent and quick. Just a solid product and great service.
I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up, only to find it was not at all a safe place to get out of my car as a solo female after nightfall. There was a shady-looking guy leaning against the door who got way too interested in me when I pulled up and even started approaching the car. I ended up just leaving and calling to cancel the order. They were at least prompt and helpful to cancel the order, but would have been nice to actually get to eat the pizza I paid for without putting myself in danger for it. If you must e... read more
