We used to enjoy pizzas from Marco's but after a few uncaring experiences with the employees at this location that resulted in poor quality food, we stayed away for a couple years. We recently decided to give it a try and were very pleasantly surprised. We called today March 28th at 12:42 pm to put an order. I asked the girl “ do you have my name saved so you know my orders “… “ mmm, no..”… okay…We picked it up later, came home… wrong pizza. Called them, the girl that answered the phone “mmm, yeah, mm, yeah”… silent.. put on hold “ I talked to the manager and he said he can give you 20% on your next order “ … for real ? Awful customer services.

I ordered a pizza with double pepperoni and Double mushroom. What I received was not double. They charged me for it though. In addition, I ordered a salad. I paid for the salad and never received the salad. The driver who delivered it was absolutely rude and did not care. I called and spoke to a person named Taylor She told me she would have the owner call me. Owner never called. I also spoke to someone else about this a day later. Still no response from the owner.
