Terrible customer service.
We've been getting pizza here off and on for five years. While we're generally satisfied, sometimes they make mistakes. It happens. Recently they left off an ingredient, but then apologized, made a new pizza, and I went home with two. But tonight... The kitchen staff seemed a bit harried (as usual), and my takeout order wasn't even close. So I waited patiently while they made a new one. It was delicious, Marcos is my favorite pizza place. Hands Down!!
Okay… I realize this is chain pizza, but if I could rate this zero, I would. I’ve seriously had better Chucky Cheese pizza, which is disgusting. This place actually used to be okay. My wife and I ordered two pizzas, well done, nothing special. Pizzas were: 1. Undercooked 2. Late 3. Had wrong toppings I have been on calorie restrictions, so this was a cheat.. Absolutely terrible. 0 out of 10.
Not sure about atmosphere bc we had our pizza and wings delivered but it was great
