Decided to try out this location for our weekly pizza because we had a school fundraiser “coupon”. The (supposed) general manager (Kayla) was very rude and treated my wife like a liar and a criminal for asking to use it. (A total of $2 off) pizza wasn’t bad but the customer service was horrible. Will not be using again.
Friendly and fast service. I ordered at the counter and didn't mind waiting but the young man told me 10 minutes and didn't take a minute longer. The pizza is cooked right and tastes like a Marcos cheese pizza should. I don't know about some of the other complaints but tonight they were on their game for sure.
I’m not sure what has happened to this location. For years the service and food have been fantastic. But not as of late. For example, ordered a pizza for delivery tonight about 6:30. I got it about 8:30. I’m pretty sure it was baked about 6:45. Nothing like cold pizza to please guests. Thanks Marcos!!!!

Ordered two pizzas—one was a meat lovers that was supposed to have ham on only one side and the other was the white cheesy and was to only have onions on one side of the pizza. When it got to the the office, low and be hold it was all ham and all onions. I called up there and told them I couldn’t eat lunch now and was laughed at by the girl who answered the phone; she then put me on hold for about 10 minutes and when she come back I was told I could get a credit or they could remake it.
