Very sad to say that the customer service at the Marcos at the Cantrell location is AWFUL!! Twice, the exact same thing has happened after ordering online and waiting 30 minutes to go pick up the pizza. Get to the counter and the lady looks up the order on the computer and acknowledge that the order was confirmed 30 minutes ago and paid for online with a tip!! but they never put it in the oven. We keep giving the Cantrell Marcos near Pinnacle another chance and they continue to disappoint. Every.Single.Time. Our order was wrong again today, so after paying $64, $75 with tip…we have decided no more. They are currently not answering the phone so our son went to the store to get it right. Sad to have them so conveniently located and to be such a waste of time and money. The auto response on these reviews says it all. Buyer beware.
Terrible experience. Will never order again. 2 hours has gone by and no pizza. Unreliable deliver service with obviously no training whatsoever. There is no excuse for 2 hours to go by and no pizza.
