Amazing service! My friend got rear ended and it was super hot outside. So we went inside to buy a drink. And we stayed in there. And they offered us a free pizza and were very welcoming. Outstanding service!
The pizza is decent, but the behavior of the delivery drivers is concerning. I’ve witnessed Marco’s delivery drivers speeding through the parking lot on multiple occasions, even when families and small children are present. The parking lot is shared by customers walking to and from their vehicles, yet some drivers seem to treat it like a roadway instead of a pedestrian area. The food is good, but the delivery drivers are another story. I was standing in the parking lot with my two toddlers, and it never fails—Marco’s delivery drivers regularly fly through this parking lot at what feels like 40+ mph. The safety of children and pedestrians clearly doesn’t seem to be a concern. We’ve brought this issue to management multiple times, yet nothing has changed. Placed an online order for this address but somehow I guess I switched it or mis-read and really wound up placing the order in Hendersonville for pickup. When my hubby arrived they didn’t have it and Aiden informed him that if he could contact me for a receipt or photo of the order he could help! He wound up refunding our first order that went to the other store and the team instantly started making our order fresh for my husband.
