Placed a delivery order that never arrived. It turns out they don’t have their own delivery drivers and use DoorDash instead. Apparently the driver canceled the order after the food had already been made. How does a delivery driver cancel an order that’s already prepared? Just a heads-up if you’re thinking about ordering delivery from them. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me, so keep that in mind.
We ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:12pm on a Monday. Says it will be 1 hour for delivery. At 7:40 we messaged the Door Dash driver and he was still waiting to pick up our pizza. Called Marcos, no estimated time was given & said we want a refund. She said “OK, I’ll tell my manager” and hung up. Terrible first & last experience we will ever have with Marcos in the Villages. Extremely disappointing!!
