I ordered a meatball sub for pickup. I trusted them so I didn't check the sub there. Well, when I got home and opened it, it was burnt! How disappointing! How can the person who did my sub just wrap it up noticing it was burnt! I did the survery too and requested someone call me but they never reached out to me.
I had a great experience at Marco’s Pizza thanks to the manager, Keya. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The order was accurate, the food was fresh, and the customer service really stood out. It’s clear Keya cares about both the team and the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The pizza was good but the staff was very unfriendly. On top of that, you need a key to use the bathroom and the staff ignored me when I asked them if I can use it so I had to keep insisting. Also, it's not really a dine in Marco's like others I've gone to.
Pizza is good but cold on delivery. Have your oven warmed up. If they had their own drivers it may be better. Won’t order from them again.
