I understand that the store was busy, but the pizza that was given to my husband was unacceptable. It was the worst pizza I have ever received from Marcos. I called to let them know how disappointing that was. The worker proceeded to tell me that what I got was not what they make. The manager Keya said I had to bring it back to get another pizza made. I call at work to make my other I drive 20 minutes When I get there they ask me for name and I pay Them and they never call me for my food in the food was ready I wait for 1h until they decide to give me my food and 3 person asks me for my name I said to them but they never give me my food.
