Nobody answering the phone, no call to say order was lost, no deliver after saying it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Nearly 3 hours later, still no delivery. Called back to see what was going on and request refund only to be told our order had been sitting ready for quite some time.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago. We are still waiting on the pizza so I can’t review the quality of the food. While I understand it’s Halloween, and they are busy..I was fine waiting a little longer for the food. I ordered the food at 6:15 and the delivery time was 6:52 est. it is now 8:40 and we have not gotten anything. What makes it worse is you can’t get anyone on the phone at the store. This is what happens when you have kids running a business, what a joke. This was by far the worst pizza I’ve taste.
