I’ve always preferred Marco’s over other pizza places in Hermitage for their food quality, but the customer service during my most recent order was unacceptable. I ordered a Greek Salad through DoorDash with specific allergy-related modifications, as I always do. The receipt clearly showed the correct order, but what I received wasn’t the salad I ordered. The pizza was great, even when cold as we had some the next day. The staff wasn't friendly but wasn't rude. The atmosphere could have been a little cleaner and organized.
Marcos pizza best pizza in Nashville!! Drive up and they will bring it to your car quickly. The only issue I have is with their app, it is horrible!
