I usually don’t have a problem with my order when I order food from here. But the past few times I’ve ordered, there’s been something wrong every time. I ordered a thick crust pizza tonight and got almost a thin crust. I’m not happy about this as I was excited to see what thick crust meant. I also ordered garlic crust but I don’t see it or taste it. The order before that, I ordered cinnamon squares and it didn’t come with any icing.
I’ve been ordering from Marco’s since it’s opening in Laveen and have always had great experience with the staff and quality of food ! However my latest visit to Marcos was disappointing I ordered a cheese bread for my son as it is his favorite and when we got home and opened the box it was not prepared correctly I ordered it with (Original Crust, Base Cheese, Garlic Sauce, Parmesan, Roma Seasoning) . Ordered 10 pc boneless wings alongside a couple pizzas. Initial email showed 35 minutes for delivery. Great! After 30 minutes I get a text saying my order has been handed off to doordash instead. After a total of 70 minutes my pizza finally arrived cold as hell. Check out the "boneless wings".
