Your man Kevin needs a RAISE. I get anxious making calls that inconvenience others, but my order was wrong (which has never happened before, and we order Marco's once or twice a month) and he was incredibly understanding, friendly and kind. He said he'd personally remake it and have it redelivered. No better customer service has been had.
