I received the wrong pizza and when I called and told them they said OK. No it's not ok. I paid for more than what I got and I didn't receive the right order. That's not OK
Worth every dime for a fresh made pizza! Fresh dough, NEVER frozen! got a medium pizza. small cute building for take out or delivery. doordash is also available. they have wings, especially the parmesan garlic, oh man! and this double chocolate brownie with ghirardelli brand chocolate on top! building is clean, area is clean, all the crew are the three Cs Calm, Cool, Collected. gotta love real Pizza from Marcos!
I would give - 0 stars if I could. Totally disorganized and terrible customer service. If you cannot deliver a pizza at the time requested, then let your customer know. I appreciated the refund but manager didn't mention he was cancelling my order altogether. I placed an order to be delivered at 5pm not 6pm! Lost our business for good!
