It took one hour 5 minutes for one pizza to be delivered and cold and wrong. Dissatisfied
The manager Darly is very rude and doesn’t care for the people who make his paycheck matter. called about a delivery never received for a special bday, he told us “doordash got it” we never ordered doordash it was on marcos app. i requested a refund , he said they don’t do refunds call tomorrow if you haven’t got it. Mind you it’s becaue we ordered at 10 pm and it’s now almost midnight . This is such a horrible way to deal with customer who is being treated wrong an unjust . No toilet paper, inappropriate music (came with my husband and 2 kids to eat here), took forever to get our order and on top of that when we get the food and the 2 liter drink the lady at the front tell us that she doesn’t have any cups. I’m not one to leave bad reviews everywhere but this place is a mess honestly
I've been ordering from here for a few years now and noticed the service is going downhill. Once they forgot to make my order and more recently, they made the wrong pizza. It used to be great, but not so much anymore.
10/10 good customer service there really fast manager Joel.v is the best he really did help good customer service, I was just waiting for no more then 10 mins he had good music to be waiting
