After 2 years I decided to try this place again. Nope. When I ordered I was told 20 minutes. 35 minutes later my pizza was “almost ready. “ according to the staff. This was a Monday evening. Very unorganized. Did not suggest any extras. There were other customers there waiting extra time for their orders.
I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at Marco’s Pizza. Last week, I placed an order for pickup through the app, which showed that my order was ready. However, when I arrived at the store, I was surprised to find out that my order hadn’t even been started. The excuse I received was that the pizza had burned, and they had to remake it.
