I normally have absolutely no problem with this place in factory of come to love their pizza. I got a delivery last night and it looked like the delivery driver was in a rollover accident. All the cheese and toppings were on one side of the pizza mashed up against the wall of the box some of the slices had no cheese on it whatsoever. I literally live a half a mile away and do not know what happened. I would call the store, but no one’s answering.
I’m not feeling well so I ended up ordering pizza on a rainy day. The store was backed up with deliveries bc of the rain. I got a notice from door dash that my order was being picked up but I ordered directly from Marco’s. I called the store to see what was going on and Michael explained everything to me as why DoorDash had to be used to help the store get deliveries out on time. That’s cool, no worries. I just ordered pizza and I get the notification that it was delivered. I go outside to get my pizza bring it in put it on my counter and its COVERED IN ANTS. Because your driver left it on the DRIVEWAY OUTSIDE MY GATE WHERE the ants are all over the ground. So I called to get a refund and the guy seemed indifferent at best. "Oh that sucks anyway happy mothers day bye"
It took one hour 5 minutes for one pizza to be delivered and cold and wrong. Dissatisfied
The manager Darly is very rude and doesn’t care for the people who make his paycheck matter. called about a delivery never received for a special bday, he told us “doordash got it” we never ordered doordash it was on marcos app. i requested a refund , he said they don’t do refunds call tomorrow if you haven’t got it. Mind you it’s becaue we ordered at 10 pm and it’s now almost midnight . This is such a horrible way to deal with customer who is being treated wrong an unjust .
