I called to do pickup at the Holland location on Halloween. I told them I didn't want it until 45 minutes later giving them time. I didn't want it until 3pm. I was immediately told they can't do that because they are way too busy. I was confused so I asked are you taking orders or not? He said yes but they couldn't do it at the time I wanted.
