I have ordered Marcos pizza from the Rugby and Golden Gate locations all of my life - literally no issue. Pizza is ALWAYS great from there. In fact, the workers at Rugby, at one point, knew us by name. We semi-recently moved to Holland and ordered pizza from this location and it was the worst pizza I think I have ever had. Undercooked, limp, overly greasy, didn't taste good at all. There was no semblance of the same classic Marcos pizza! Called to place an order for delivery and was first hung up on. Called back and stated I would like to place an order in for delivery but some how explaining that to the man on the other and of the phone took offense because he can’t listen or doesn’t do customer service very well. Then proceeded to tell me not to get an attitude when you literally weren’t listening to what I was saying in the first place and you hung up on me in the beginning. It still is ! Absolutely the Best Pizza in the World! Let alone Holland Ohio. The best people that care about food quality and quantity! It’s been a little bit since I’ve said anything, but they’re all meat pizza in their chicken barbecue Rocks. I’m still thinking about how great it tastes. I’m spoiled by the store. Don’t miss out on this amazing Place. And Be Blessed!
I ordered my food for delivery. It actually got here within 30mins and it was nice and hot. My order was correct and it tasted great!! I would definitely recommend this Marco's location to people. I tipped over 30% bcuz the driver was super nice on top of how fast she got here.
