Excellent customer service. Even the delivery man was understanding when. I couldn't tip him. Cause he didn't have enough change to give me it back. Im on a fixed income and could only tip 15%. Thanks young man for being very understanding and nice. You all have my business. When I come back to Toledo

I have had so many problems with this location the past few times i have ordered/tried to order. which is a shame because the food is normally great but this location has let me down too many times and has not resolved the issues. Part two: Amazing that even after all this time giving them another shot they are still incompetent and rude over the phone. 0/10 AGAIN.

I called to do pickup at the Holland location on Halloween. I told them I didn't want it until 45 minutes later giving them time. I didn't want it until 3pm. I was immediately told they can't do that because they are way too busy. I was confused so I asked are you taking orders or not? He said yes but they couldn't do it at the time I wanted. So I again asked if they were taking orders & that I was giving him 45 minutes to do my order. He said with an attitude go ahead with my order. His whole demeaner on the phone was they ... read more
