Very slow in preparing to go orders ,I had to wait forever
Marco's pizza is always my go to when coming to san antonio Babcock locationis always on point, it has never disappointed me but this location did just that this evening! Only when here cause hotel was nearby Smh! One pizza uncut and the other with very little to no cheese and burnt and hard as rock eating.
Worse delivery experience… ever!! I placed my order at 5:28pm with an expected delivery of 5:58pm - we didn’t receive our order until 7pm !! Also, the Philly cheese steak bowl was supposed to be with a white cheese sauce however , it had red sauce mixed in. We were so upset that I threw it out before taking a picture. What a shame, I live only a mile away however , was already tired from work and thought this would have been a quick option. Great place to grab a quick pizza for a good price!
Okay, I have to update my review. A few months ago I had a bad experience with a pepperoni pizza that was light on cheese and had messed up dough. I went back to the store to talk to them, and the manager didn't make excuses – he apologized, took a look, and immediately offered to remake it. The second pizza was night and day. Perfect crust, plenty of cheese and pepperoni, and it came out hot and fresh. They clearly care about getting it right. I've ordered a couple more times since then and every pizza has been solid.
