Employee tried to gaslight me into paying twice. Caucasian man, probably late fifties, with a belly and short stubble beard.
First time at this location and I know every Marcos pizza location differs but honestly I have no clue why service providers especially at restaurants feel the need to catch an attitude when you ask a valid question, then have the audacity to expect tips! if you don’t like what you do then quit! Definitely do not recommend this location.
Store location closed randomly during business hours, & calling into Marcos results in instant, interminable, overburdensome hold times. Straight into a 10-20 minute hold. Even the recorded message pointedly mentions how much patience is required to wait to speak with someone. Poor customer service model, poor response, poor experience. Don't bother wasting gas.
Good pizza and customer service
Fix your phones, never picks up even after half a hour..
