Ordered at around 9:45pm on a Sunday and then got a call at 10pm saying they're close. Please update your hours, it says you close at 11pm. First time trying to order from here, probably will never try again
I placed a pizza order for delivery on 01/02/25 at 7:32 PM CST. Estimated time of arrival was 8:02 PM CST. At approximately 8:17 PM CST the pizza was delivered to the wrong address—I never received the pizza. At 8:29 PM CST I made a call to Marcos to let them know we never received the pizza. The employee I spoke to said she had to speak with Brian, the owner, before remaking and/or refunding me and stated she would call me back. At 9:02 PM CST the employee called me back. Good pizza if you like New York style. Prices are reasonable, and they usually have the pizza ready in about 15 minutes.
