I love Marco's but they will only get 5 stars when they stop using Door Dash. No one deserves to have their food left on the porch unless specifically instructed to do so, period. I am not a dog! The Dasher didn't even bother to knock on the door so it sat for a while and got cold. Then the "safety sticker" was broken, this is after the Dasher called me lost and treated me like it was my fault he was lost. Daniel was a great cashier and he was very nice!
I placed an order online and needed to call and verify my order details. I was kept on hold on multiple times for over 12 mins. This is crazy and unacceptable.
