I frequently order from Marco’s Pizza for my family and recently decided to purchase dinner for two members of my staff who had never had the opportunity to try your food. The meals were intended for them to take home to their families following our Mother’s Day movie night celebration. They sent me the wrong food, I asked for boneless wings, not bone-in wings and they are raw, I put it in the trash, I called to try to solve it and waited 40 minutes and no one answered the call me enviaron la comida equivocada, pedí alas deshuesadas, no alas con hueso y están crudas, la puse en la basura, llamé para tratar de solucionarlo y esperé 40 minutos y nadie atendió la llamada
I really enjoyed the cauliflower pizza
We order almost weekly because Marcos has the best pizza for a delivery/chain pizza place and my kids love it. But the last several orders have been less than. The pizza crust is sometimes super thin and I ordered thick crust. The last 4 orders of breadsticks have been flat and hard when they arrive. The last one was like a cracker, and tonight’s order they forgot all 3 sauces I ordered. I’ve filled out the surveys and such but I have not ever rcvd any response. Please go back to the quality it used to be :(
