My partner had an awful experience at this location last night picking up our order with the older gentleman who works there. Highly disappointed! Since when is it okay to throw the condiment packets at the customer? Or acknowledge the second customer that comes in first and help them before speaking to the first customer? This was our preferred location...but not anymore that's for sure. Order was right and food was good...service, terrible.
The pizza isn't bad - but delivery promised in 30 minutes - and an hour and twenty minutes later still no ETA. Was unpleasant when I called about where it was - and if/when it would head out (said 'good night' and hung up on me when I requested a refund). If it ever arrives here - it's going to be cold - and I've already had to make a different dinner to feed my family. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this store... not reliable.
