Literally never got my food. Manager lost the order then said they couldn't get a hold of us. We called 2 times to follow up, once at 1hr after order the second 3hrs after order. I get you all were busy. I'm not mad at the service workers. Management should not have taken orders they couldn't fulfill. Thanks for giving me sleep for dinner, very cool. I will not be ordering from this location again.
I placed an order for a pizza online for the Commander Shepherd location, but for some reason it went to this George Washington location, which is 20 minutes from my home. I drove all the way there for the location doors to be locked, and a female worker looking at me knock on the door, and ignoring me, although on Google it said the store was still open. Food is great but delivery is bad. It took 30 minutes to get our food after we received notification that our order had left. (It's a 5 min drive from our house). The driver handed me luke warm subs which I had to heat up before we could eat it. Food great but they need to hire more drivers!!
