My delivery took about an hour. My pizza of course was cold. Come to find out it was delivered by either door dash or one of those delivery services. I called Marco’s directly. When I called I was informed they have a contract with the delivery service. They have no control when my food would be delivered. Literally never got my food. Manager lost the order then said they couldn't get a hold of us. We called 2 times to follow up, once at 1hr after order the second 3hrs after order. I get you all were busy. I'm not mad at the service workers. Management should not have taken orders they couldn't fulfill. Thanks for giving me sleep for dinner, very cool. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order for a pizza online for the Commander Shepherd location, but for some reason it went to this George Washington location, which is 20 minutes from my home. I drove all the way there for the location doors to be locked, and a female worker looking at me knock on the door, and ignoring me, although on Google it said the store was still open.
