i ordered a pizza for delivery, i might have hit pickup by accident. when i called the store to have it delivered, they promptly sent it out. the pizza was fresh and tasty! great customer service good job guys!!
Rochelle went above and beyond to deliver an order for an event I was hosting. There was a miscommunication originally, but she went the extra mile to make the situation right. She was very nice and the food was great!
Made an order, and the guy gave me hard time because he had to drive to my location that was 10mins - 3miles a way. Kept saying that google couldn’t find my address. Then told me that I had to think about the driver. I declined my order because I shouldn’t have to feel guilty after they have delivered to my location 3 times before. I love Macros but now I will have to reconsider my options.
This location was understaffed. We waited well over an hour for our food to be delivered but the manager Rochelle or Rachel, can’t remember her name exactly; she was so nice and made the delivery to us herself. She was so kind and apologetic about the situation. I suggests that you staff this establishment properly in the near future and DO NOT take your current staff and customers for granted. These employees are hard working and kind and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
