DO NOT ORDER FROM MARCO PIZZA in SANDY SPRINGS. The pizza is horrible, cold with 1/2 was crust, brownie was burnt and the boneless chicken white meat is brown and freezer burned. Manager and customer service is did nothing to rectify the complaint. Stating nothing they could do. This location should be closed or in need of new management. Will NEVER order from MARCO PIZZA again.
There is only one person working on a Sunday evening and one of the drivers is helping making pizza where items are being dropped on the floor left and right the phone is ringing off the hook and there is a ton of orders. Do not go here.
My mobile online order was made wrong which was frustrating! However, the manager made the situation right and went above and beyond to fix my order. She was also very apologetic.
Walked in to pick up an order. Waited for 10 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me. Another customer walks in and gets immediately acknowledged. Terrible service.
