Had to wait longer because apparently they had received my order even though I placed it in store. Food was made in a rush. Just really annoyed. This is what happens when all workers are teenagers that don't care and don't get trained on some sort of customer service. Person fixing issue did the best he could but I had already waited longer than necessary.

They say they close at midnight but lock the doors and turn off the ovens at 11:30 and won’t let you get anything after 11:30.

Ordered delivery and pizza came hot and fresh and fast. The problem is it just didn’t taste good. To me it was very bland from the crust to the sauce to the toppings. And for the price I feel like it should just be taste better all around. Though dough has good texture but for me both of the pizzas I got just didn’t taste great. Just trying to help honestly. Hopefully the franchise can use better ingredients or something because for me I’ll definitely just stick to papa murphys

I'm extremely disappointed with Marcos Pizza. I placed an order online and was charged but the store never received the order. This has now happened twice! I went to the location, staff told me they couldn't find the order, so I had to reorder and pay again. I asked to speak with the manager and was told someone would call me back on Monday- no one ever did. This is completely unacceptable, both in terms of customer service and how they handle online orders. I will not be ordering from Marcos Pizza again.

1st and last time ordering from Marcos. Ordered the steak and cheese sub, seriously the saddest excuse for a sub ever. Added my picture and their photo...NOTHING ALIKE!!! what you see is mostly melted cheese, threw the top half away because it was all bread, even subway gives more meat, couldn't taste the cheese at all, but they sure put a ton of mayo on there. The boneless wings were soggy and not edible. At least the pizza was somewhat decent.
