If I could give one star I would. Whoever hired the management needs to be evaluated! Her attitude has been disgusting and distasteful towards me on several occasions. I have called to complain about my order and get straight disrespect and dismissal of my concern. That blonde lady needs to be trained on proper care of customers.
Tonight, I was on hold for 20 minutes and 49 seconds. I walked into the establishment, still on hold. I asked if they were extremely busy. The front attendant says, "Not really." I proceeded to show her my phone and told her that I was still waiting for someone to pick up. She stated, "Oh yes I'm working on that now, and the card reader." Then proceeded to ask me if she can take my order. No apology, no "I apologize for the inconvenience."
