Not all Marcos are the same. I ordered two pizzas on tuesday night. One with pep and mushroom and the other with pep and blk olive. I asked for the pizzas to have extra sauce and light cheese with a light crust. The pizza im used to eating from Marcos in the lutz area is no where near as good. I was really impressed with the generosity pf.tnr sauce and toppings and the flavor was much better than what im used to. Customer service is horrible, they answer the phone, say, give me a moment and you sit there for twenty minutes waiting for somebody to pick up the phone.
Normally no issues at the Tarpon Springs location. However the one time I did, Tyler made it right with no issues. Would definitely recommend this location and will be back.
The first time I've been and it's carry out/delivery only, which was what I wanted. The service was great. The young man that took my order and checked me out, was super friendly and conscientious with my order, making sure it was exactly what I ordered. Definitely recommend.
