Too busy watching football to let me know my order was ready.
Very poor customer service. We put our order in online while the business was open at 7:49p and I received a call that they had to cancel my order because they were “about to close” at 8p. Their website said they are open and google lists them as open at 11p. The least that they could have done was make our pizza and honor the order that already had came through instead of being lazy, cancelling, and attempting to close early.
Takes 2 hours to get a pizza delivered from Marcos. It doesn’t matter if you pay extra for immediate delivery. Whatever time the app says your pizza will be delivered, add an hour and a half and that’s how long it will actually take.
Great local franchise. We'll run with actually mannerable young people on staff. Well done..
