I ordered a Medium Sausage Magnifico pizza with jalapeños. My brother picked the pizza up for me and instead of a Sausage Magnifico pizza it was a pepperoni pizza (he was in a hurry and forgot to check). I couldn’t eat as I’m allergic to pepperoni. Called the store to get a refund or a credit to my account. After some back & forth the guy at the restaurant after 10min he finally “placed” an advanced order for my replacement pizza.
