The employees messed up my pizza, and instead of a remake, the manager, Skyler, proceeded to be very rude and not offer me a refund in spite of the fact i showed them my ticket, what I actually ordered, and what was given. Disappointing because I’ve long loved this particular Marco’s. But i don’t understand how someone so rude and inconsiderate could be made a manager.
Good pizza but they forgot to add pepperoni on the pizza even though I added it on the order.
Best Marco’s located in Denton! Had so much help with my order on the phone and in person during pick up! Super clean and super efficient staff! Especially Gabriella! who helped me with a huge catering order that included dietary restrictions! So much guidance from her on my order ! Was patient and helped me with a huge smile on her face!
