I had a burnt pizza and mentioned this occasion in the survey. The store manager, Daniel, responded with a pleasant surprise of offering me store credit. However, the real nightmare began when I attempted to redeem this so-called credit. Throughout the process, I was treated as a penny-pinching miser, and I was humiliated enough to never return to this store.
I will not order from this location again. Super poor quality and not even close to being on time. The box my pizza came in was dirty on the inside. It was nuke warm and spongy as well. The shift supervisor acted as if she was inconvenienced by my call when I complained.
The person attending us was very kind and helpful. He was so nice that he brought us some napkins and plates even though we didn’t ask him for it.
I placed an online order April 17th, the order confirmation I received said it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. Ok, cool.... About 30 minutes after said food was supposed to be delivered I called the store to see what was going on since it had now been an hour and no food and no contact from the store. The phone rang and rang and when someone finally answered they hung up on me. *This will be a LONG review* We’ve always enjoyed Marco’s Pizza, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We placed a delivery order around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening and were initially quoted a 30–35 minute delivery time. About an hour later, we received a notification that our order had been picked up via DoorDash at 7:34 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 8:01 PM.
