Today I ordered a pizza for delivery on the website and payed a 5 tip for the delivery I waited an hour for the pizza to come then I called Marcos and talk to the manager . She said it was not a delivery order it was a pickup order then she asked for 5 dollars and she would have it delivered which I thought the five dollars would cover the price of the first pizza and she would make me a new one but all she did what is maybe put the old Pizza in the oven for a couple minutes and deliver it . Recently discovered Marco’s. My family are big pizza eaters and Marco’s is now at the top of our list. Great taste and variety!!! Recently had a great service experience. As part of our online order, we had a one topping pizza. Most of the family wanted cheese, with my wife liking pineapple. Not needing as much pineapple to justify a 50/50 split, after making my order, I call the store, and asked if I could have just 3 slices with pineapple. Wish zero was option. Ordered a topping they didn't have so I had to get something else. Was charged for the new pizza but was never refunded for the first order. Called multiple times to get said refund, said it was processed and to call my bank if I haven't received it. Still haven't received refund and it's coming up to a month now. Avoid this location if you don't want your money stolen.
