I’ve been coming to Marco’s at this location for a long time and the food is always amazing. But past 3 times I have gone in there to order food there’s one girl doing everything and the female manager - Sky - is never helping the poor girl. My most recent interaction was the crew member called back to the manager a few times for help and they kept saying hold on or in a minute when she had a line waiting for food and ordering. Marco’s Deland used to be our favorite place to order pizza from, but it looks like they’ve changed their delivery service to DoorDash and it has been the worst experience. I’ve had issues with the last two orders I’ve placed. The first one never arrived, so I had to call and get a refund. My second order was supposed to have been delivered at 6:59, the estimated time of arrival keeps increasing and the driver has changed twice. Supposedly a driver stole my order. Unbelievable! I will not be ordering from Marco’s again.
