UPDATE: I appreciate the restaurant reaching out after my previous review and offering a credit, that level of customer service matters. Our second order arrived hot and complete, which was an improvement. Unfortunately, the pizza quality itself still feels noticeably lower than it used to be. The dough and ingredients don’t have the same freshness or flavor anymore. I was really disappointed with this order. I specifically ordered a half steak pizza and there was no steak at all. The dough tasted old, the pizza arrived almost cold even though I’m only 8 minutes away, and the sauces didn’t taste fresh. Even the chicken wasn’t edible, husband had to wash it off and ended up giving it to our dog. I’m pregnant and had a strong craving for this meal, so this was especially frustrating. The deer park location has gone downhill in the past year. We would religiously order pizza every Tuesday and it was always amazing. Then in August we had an order that was messed up, called and they made it right. Since then we have had 3 messed up orders, the most recent in October I was supposed to get a refund for the pizza that was not correct, never received it.
