Ordered off the online Marcos I chose the delivery, and this happened to me.Not once , but twice where my food never arrived. After calling the tourney location in garfield heights , I was told that my order must have been stolen from the delivery driver. And they don't have an explanation other than that. I never got my food and had to wait 3 days for a refund. I reached out and still received no call from a manager or higher up. Un acceptable for a business
Tonight I learned about the Marco's Pizza Experience! It's a wonderful evening spent placing an order, get charged money, and a DoorDash driver handing you cold and rubbery pizza a full hour after the original delivery time. But that's not all the Marco's Pizza Experience includes! You ALSO get to be on hold for eighteen minutes before being hung up on. Rude and terrible customer service...who gets mad and just hangs up on a customer for trying to cancel an order...do better
