Just picked up what was supposed to be two well done pizzas, & a cheese bread. The pizzas were barely cooked, very very doughy had to finish cooking them myself & everything was so greasy the grease was oozing out of the bottom of the box. Very disgusting & shameful whoever prepared those pizzas knew they would never want to eat something like that but chose to give it to paying customers. Not worth going here just go a little further up the street to Domino's or the surrounding pizza places in the area
Staff may not want to put customers on hold for 10+ minutes or indefinitely when they may just be in route. I walked in last night to see 2 employees leaning on the counter doing nothing while my phone call is was STILL placed on hold. Acting as if my call on hold to put my order in did not exist. Has happened on multiple occasions which is why I’m leaving this review. It’s infuriating. Do your job. Put in phone orders instead of keeping them on hold so you can “chill out” on the counter. They are always quick, efficient, even though most of the staff I have seen are young, still very professional. Probably one of my favorite places to go too.
