I went to pick up an order during a heavy rain & as im walking to the lobby they lock the lobby door and slap a sticker on the door saying "lobby closed"....im not there to hang out, im just picking up my order as there is a line for the pickup window. Expecially when its raining, we dont lock out the general public (customers) cmon guys.
