Guy told me I couldn't order because they were about to close. I came 45 minutes before closing time.
Placed an order at around 8pm and the tracker gave an estimated delivery time of 9pm; the tracker continued to provide a delivery time of 9pm. At around 9:20pm we called to see where the pizza was and it hadn’t even been started. The woman who answered the phone said “We only have 1 person working tonight and didn’t know it would be this busy.” ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, and I can confidently say that this location is exceptional when it comes to pizzas and preparation. I’ve never had a single issue with my order, and everything is always prepared to my exacting standards. Marcos truly understands the importance of customer satisfaction, and that’s what I admire most about them.
1st time ordering from here. I definitely should have read the reviews first but never a problem with location by my old house. Website ordering process is terrible. Online order tracker doesn’t do anything. Placed a delivery order at 8:59p. Finally called at 10:00p, 30 min past delivery time. Kid tells me the delivery driver left early and he dispatched for DoorDash. WTH?!? Said it’d probably be another 20 min or so. Told him to cancel and refund.
