I ordered a specialty pizza for delivery and it was billed correctly but the pizza inside the box was totally wrong. I called the store and spoke to Desmond. I respectfully voiced my complaint and he treated me with courtesy. He sorted the problem and assured me I would have my correct order as soon as possible even if he had to deliver it himself. And he did. 20 minutes later he pulled up to my house and handed me my dinner. Thank you very much Desmond.

I ordered from Marco’s Pizza located just 0.9 miles from my home. At 7:22 PM, I received an email saying my order was out for delivery and should arrive within 13 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, I called the store to check on the status. I was told the driver was on the way. I waited another 30+ minutes and called again.
