Zero accountability after I ordered a pizza at 10:30 for delivery got an email saying it was on the way but was left outside and the store was closed and apparently I’m not the first person to be done this way by Marcos, was told I would get a refund in 2-3 days but when I went up there and asked about my refund I was told “that’s not how we do business here” OK lmfao
Good food, and is faster than most pizza joints. Tip your drivers if you have them deliver. The drivers pay for fuel and the vehicle, the delivery charge doesn't go to the driver, they actually pay the driver below minimum wage while delivering. $10 is a reasonable tip, regardless of how much you order, unless it's so much the driver has to make more trips.
Food was great on time young lady who answered phone to take my order was very bubbly and cheerful refreshing
Called in and ordered delivery at 10pm. After getting an auto text saying it would be delivered by 11:35. Not willing to wait AND other options available I called back and asked if this was correct because, if so, I will do something different. The guy assured me it was wrong and would be there in max 50 minutes. Well that came and went and then at 11:20 he called and said “hey the driver never picked up your order would you like me to cancel?! I must be in the twilight zone!
