Place my order over the phone, when I went to pick it up they asked for my name. The guy said it wasn't showing, but the had it in the oven. Waited a short while 10min +- another guy came to the window and said you had what ever order I said no, say to give him a minute. I waited some more finally comes to the window and asks me for the order. I said so do you have it or not. He says no. So I just left. Why would you tell me it's in the oven already.

Awful experience. I placed a large order for a party, and it was never delivered. When I called to find out what happened, the female manager laughed and told me that the order had been delivered. Even after I explained to her that it absolutely had NOT been delivered, she continued to insist that it had. I had been a loyal customer of this establishment for several years and had never experienced an issue like this before. I spent $45 on three pizzas. I even got a BOGO on one of them so basically I paid this for two pizzas. Yuck! One of the pizzas was not even edible. Way over cooked. The other two had so few toppings. I cannot believe how much I paid for this pizza that was barely edible. The person who took my order was very sweet and professional, and this is why I gave it any stars at all.
