Ordered delivery. Tracker showed pizza as delivered. When I called, they said they had one driver. That was after an hour of waiting. They said the driver wouldn’t be back for another 15 minutes, so I said I would just come get it and asked if they’d refund the delivery fee and tip, since I’d be picking it up. They said yes. I arrived only to be told they couldn’t refund it and had already put credit in my account. When I got home there was no credit in my account and I am furious. Great pizza
Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. Took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Pizza was not hot and was greasy and chewy like it was under a heat lamp the whole time. Called the store and the girl who answered seemed annoyed, said they only had one driver, and went silent after that. I said well okay., Thanks a lot then. Very disappointing. Gave 2 stars because we’ve had good pizza from this location in the past.
Pizza is always perfect! Coming back if im in the area.
