Customer service here is no good and I would suggest skipping orders placed online, food delivery applications and/or over the phone. Calling the restaurant with someone stating it was there and awaiting for a driver to pick-up was misleading. Been waiting over an hour more or less, then received a text via phone about Seamless order is canceled and a refund is being processed. It appears to be under new management. I’m not sure whether or not they can speak English. On my last three visits, they did not put extra sauce on the pizza. In fact, they barely put any sauce on it at all. There are multiple reviews created by other customers who have experienced the same types of problems. Corporate management has responded to previous complaints with the same superficial wording each time. I would encourage readers not to respond to requests for feedback or survey information.
