I think they don't have enough people to work. We were out to pick up Five guys and come back to wait for the pizza. I don't think he can't recognize us but we were waiting for more then 7mins. So I walked over while he was still on the phone. Then I saw ours pizza was sitting there. And yet we were still standing there waiting for him to see us.

I had a very frustrating very disgusting and the worst experience at Marco’s pizza. I placed and paid for my order online, but when I arrived 10 minutes after expecting time , it wasn’t ready they made me wait 20 minutes, they gave me the wrong order. I orded All meat and I got disgusting Anchovies. On top of that, they tried to charge me again in-store despite already paid online which should be a hint for the wrong order, they didn’t care to check. First time trying Marco's. The dough is awesome, cheese bread was great. It was a solid pizza. We liked it better than D or PH so there is that. We'll be back. The 2 ladies on duty were great.
