Very bland pizza. I do not know if they changed ingredients, but it is just very bland. This location was very good everytime I went back in 2024 and 2025, but the last 2 times this year it has been bland. A frozen pizza has more flavor then the pizza I had.

All I have to say is I walk in there was no one at the front counter or in the kitchen. If I could give zero stars, this will be it.

Another terrible pizza from the Lewis Center issue location! Issue is that there was ZERO sauce!! I did not order light or no sauce, but I pulled up the cheese and there was none! Didn't even taste like pizza! This location has gotten so bad, corporate really needs to do something about this location!

I think they don't have enough people to work. We were out to pick up Five guys and come back to wait for the pizza. I don't think he can't recognize us but we were waiting for more then 7mins. So I walked over while he was still on the phone. Then I saw ours pizza was sitting there. And yet we were still standing there waiting for him to see us.

I had a very frustrating very disgusting and the worst experience at Marco’s pizza. I placed and paid for my order online, but when I arrived 10 minutes after expecting time , it wasn’t ready they made me wait 20 minutes, they gave me the wrong order. I orded All meat and I got disgusting Anchovies. On top of that, they tried to charge me again in-store despite already paid online which should be a hint for the wrong order, they didn’t care to check.
