Update: The owner, Stewart, personally called me to apologize for my experience and let me know he would address the situation with better employee training. I really appreciated him reaching out. Not every business would take that extra step, and it shows that he truly values good customer service. Very disappointing customer service at this Marco’s Pizza location. Very disappointing customer service at this Marco’s Pizza location. My wife called just to make sure she had placed her online order correctly. After she finished explaining why she was calling, the employee simply hung up on her. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the experience wasn’t any better. I politely greeted the employee and asked, “How are you doing?” He didn’t respond at all. I gave him my name, and he simply pushed the pizza toward me and walked into the back without saying a word. Honestly, the way the cashier treated me was terrible. I was on the phone the whole time and they kept me waiting for about 20 minutes. Lack of interest or racism? Whoever it concerns, this is just my opinion, free expression.
